Small Batch Sourdough Pizza Dough
After making sourdough bread for the bake-off, there was lots of active sourdough starter ready to be used up - so we had pizza! Topped with tomatoes, shallots, green/red bell peppers, and basil, it was a tasty treat! The recipe is enough for two crusts so we can’t be blamed for enjoying it two days in a row.
