Terry’s Onions 2024
Our friend Terry brought us some of his famous Texas Sweet onions that he grows - they really are sweet and delicious. For this omelette we used the bulb and greens along with tomatoes and cheese. We also had a little side of raw and grilled onion tasters on the side. We’ve still got more to enjoy on burgers, salads, and more. Thanks Terry!
