National Eat Beans Day 2024
We tried out a new type of bean for National Eat Beans Day - Flageolet Beans. They’re a pale green smallish bean. We cooked them in the Instant Pot (35 min HP, natural release) with aromatics and pork belly. They came out tender and very tasty! (This pot of beans is extra special with ingredients from friends: pork belly from Dennee, bay leaves from Kent, and onion from Terry. Thanks everyone!)
